Terms & Conditions
  • The amount of people and pets staying in the room (2 occupants max for qn / kg rooms and 4 occupants (2 max adults) for dbl room). Each add'l occupant is $20 per day.

  • Pet fees $20 per day. Maximum 2 small pets allowed.
    Please disclose pet to avoid penalties. Pets are not to void in rooms. $50 charged for violation.

  • No smoking allowed in non-smoking rooms. $100 fine will be assessed.

  • For clean towels, please exchange your soiled items at the front desk. Additional $10 assessed for each extra sets of towels requested.

  • Requests for additional linen and pillows will be $20 for blankets, $10 for pillows.

  • For stayover customers, a late payment of $20 for any payments received after 11.00am. Late payments accepted upto 12.30pm after which the occupant will be asked to leave and re-checkin.

  • No sagging pants are allowed at the front lobby or in the motel courtyard. Shirts/shoes required unless in pool area.

  • Smoking allowed in designated areas only. $50 penalty for violation.

  • Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am. Large crowds and/or parties are strictly prohibited. $200 penalty if found in violation. Parties and corporate events can be held in our banquet hall with $250 deposit.

  • If you are asked to leave due to you or your guest behavior, there will be no refund.

  • Absolutely no cooking aparatuses allowed inside the rooms, provided microwave is permittable. Grills to be used only at the river side adjacent to the picnic tables.

  • No cooking around the building. $100 penalty for violation.

  • Please do not place trash or any items outside of your room ($50 fine). Use the west side building dumpster located by the cemetery for your personal trash.

  • Loss or damage to hotel property | assets (missing remotes, damage to tv's,broken items; etc.) Will be recovered from the guest and they will require a $100 deposit on future stays plus cost(s) of loss.

  • Items left behind will be discarded 7 days after departure if not claimed.

  • Our facility is for short term stays only (not deemed to be a residence).

  • Early check-in fees before 12:00pm is $40 & between 12:00pm - 2:30pm is $20 depending on the availability.

  • Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am.
    Breakfast hours: m-f 6-9am s-s 6:00am - 10:00am.

  • Violating this agreement will incur a minimum penalty of $100.00, and you will be asked to leave.

  • Any damages will be assessed & charged to your account.

  • Mgmt assumes no responsibility for theft | damage to your personal property or vehicle(s).

  • You will be required to provide your acceptance of the above-mentioned terms at the time of check in at the motel.
